Both our Fuzhou and Jiangxi Factories are using many different Model machines, such front panel, back panel, hood panel, pockets, stormflap and so on. Our technical dept. can invent different models according to different styles. Therefore, our factories have high production efficiencybut few workers. First, these machines can increase productivity by 25-30%;Second, if the worker is without sewing experience, but he is trained for 2 days, he can use these mode machine;Thirdly, one model machine can combine 3-4 traditional stitching processes.
